How to trade your Paramount Plus gift card?

To trade your Paramount Plus gift card is very simple. In this article we explain to you step by step how to do and what to do if some error appears during the process.

Steps to trade your card

  1. Enter the official site of Paramount Plus

  2. Click "login" or "Register" (if you have no account)

  3. Once inside, go back to home and enter the section to login with your provider.

  4. Select "gift card."

  5. Copy the code you received by email and stick it to the appropriate field.

  6. Confirm an exchange.

  7. If the code's valid, you'll see the message: “Your account's activated.”.

Once activated, you will have access to the Paramount Plus content, including: CBS, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, MTV, Showtime and Paramount Pictures.

Possible problems with changing your card 

Invalid code

That message may appear for several reasons:

  • Wrong region: The code should be exchanged from Colombia.
    Retirement: Be sure to have a VPN set up in Colombia and try the exchange again.

  • Code's own error: The system can mark them as invalid even if they are correct.
    Retirement: First contact Paramount Plus to check code status.

Fitted account or end time

If your subscribing have already been using all the credits bought, your account may appear as “Unconnected”.

Retirement: The account should be activated with a new gift code. If you think there's a mistake, contact us Support equipment (bottom right).

Code shows no expiry date

Paramount Plus does not show the exact expiry day of the code.
The code expires automatically after the included credits have been completed.

Retirement: If you don't know if you have balance sheet, check your account or write us to help you check.
