How to trade your gift card
Enter the official site of Deezer.
Click login or sign up (if you have no account).
Once inside, get into the gift card exchange.
Enter the code you received by email while making your purchase at Snaau.
Check the exchange and get ready! Your plan will be activated automatically.
Possible problems with changing your card
If an error message appears while trying to exchange your code, it may be because:
The code's been used.
The code was entered with some mistake.
Your account country doesn't match the gift card region.
In these cases:
Check that the code is written correctly (with no spaces).
Check the country set up in your Deezer account.
If the error continues, contact Deezer's support from suport.deezer.com Or write to us Support equipment (bottom right) so we can help you.
Important:
If your problem corresponds to an already redeemed code but it isn't you who used it, we'll need you to send us activity tests.
