Click "login" or "Register" (if you haven't noticed).
Once inside, get into the gift card exchange.
Enter the code you received by email while making your purchase at Snaau.
Check the exchange and get ready! Your plan will be activated automatically.
▪ Possible problems with changing your code
If an error message appears while trying to exchange your code, it may be because of different reasons:
) The code's miswritten.
That's the most common mistake. Check that you entered it exactly as it appears in your email (with no spaces and no character changes).
If an "invalid code" message appears, the code may have been exchanged but the page did not have been refreshed.
Updating and trying again.
) You don't know if the code really got redeemed.
Before you care, check yourtransaction history whether the code was applied or not.
Do you have an active time and buy another code?
If your membership is activated and you add a new code, the new pack can take up to 1 week to reflect.
) There's an outstanding debt
Crunchyroll doesn't afford to pay debt with code. That means that if an outstanding balance exists, it can be paid with money only.
Do you have an active payment method (card, automatic debit, etc.)
If you trade a code, Crunchyroll will continue to charge that method while it's registered.

If your subscription is run by an outside tent, you will be unable to exchange code.
First you have to sign up to Google Play or App Store and then you can use your code without problem.
